Lauren Lindsay Hill from St Augustine Florida is in Australia filming short daily entries of surfing stoke with her good friend Rachel. She arrived in Byron Bay (to Great waves) and has been surfing with crew like Rasta and Beau Young, then went to Noosa and scored some of the waves of her life.

We decided to STAY HOME once the media event began and quite happy we did. Once the swell dropped (yesterday) there was plenty of nice waves around and people seem surfed out. Hooray.
The Equinox has passed and the days are getting shorter in OZ and longer in the Northern Hemisphere.
