Social media is everywhere. It's reach is undeniable - and the cost is mostly free. From Twitter to Facebook, YouTube to Flickr, modern communication as we know it is undergoing a revolution. Did we mention it's also
mostly free?
One of the priceless benefits of social media is it gives you the ability to have two way conversations with your audience. You can hear their feedback and opinions instantaneously. But does this mean you can jump on Twitter and start flogging your sales? Definitely not - there's a social media etiquette and your brand voice to consider.
